Hey friends,
I recently posted a how-to guide on creating your own Bible study. However, I know that a lot of you out there may still be unsure of where to start in your walk with God or do not have the time to create a complete Bible study right now. Therefore, I thought it would be fun and probably very helpful to do some word studies on the blog.
I have picked some words that I thought appropriate and inspirational to start with. These words are great for New Christians, mature Christians, and individuals trying to figure out if Christianity is for you. (Little secret: Christianity is for you, my friend, its for everyone!)
I will try to get the devotionals out at least once a month; that way, you’ll have a month to focus on one word. I will encourage you, however, to dig deeper into each study and take as long as you need to with one word.

However, before I post the individual word studies, I wanted to share the words that I will be working with. This way, you can have some inspiration and guidance if you’re going to get started with your study! I have provided a free printable that could come in handy with your study plan!

These 24 words are lovely for digging deeper into loving and trusting God. I believe they will also help in guiding us to some of God’s great promises and what He asks from us. I encourage you to look through this list and pick the word that stirs your heart the most and start digging into God’s word to see what He has to say to you!

One word studies
For the one word studies that I will be posting on here, I have picked five words to start with from the list above.

For the word studies, I will be looking up the definition, synonyms/antonyms, and verses best associated with the words. That way, you will be able to read the Bible verses with ease. I will also try to find some helpful resources such as commentaries, etc. on the topic.
